Offers are valid on new 2025-2026 (August 2025-May 2026) Southeast Asia river cruise and tour bookings and Japan tour bookings until May 31, 2026. Availability is strictly limited, subject to change anytime without prior notice and available only on a first come first served basis, Offers cannot be retroactively applied to previous bookings. Prices are in Canadian dollars, based on double occupancy and lowest cabin category available. All savings are applicable on the cruise element and cabin upgrade only, excludes land portions of the itinerary, does not apply to air fares, port charges, hotel stays and other additional items. Port charges and taxes are included in the price. A non–refundable initial deposit of $500 per person is required with 48 hours of booking. Flexi Fare Offer: Full payment due 90 days prior to departure. Best Available Offer: Full payment is due 10 months prior to departure. If booking within 10 months of departure, if the Best Available Offer is available, full payment is due at time of booking. Offer is subject to availability. Flight offer and Savings (if applicable) will vary depending on itinerary, cruise length, and cabin booked and has no cash value. Flights are based on Economy Class travel and the maximum ticket amount, including taxes is $2,500 per person. All flights offers are valid for travel on scheduled cruise start/end dates. Deviations outside of scheduled dates may incur additional fees. All flights must be booked by Emerald Cruises and will be on airline and routing of Emerald Cruises’ choice. Flights must be booked between 10-6 months to departure. If flights are not booked by 6 months to departure the flight offer will be removed and replaced with the Savings in lieu. If making flight arrangements prior to full payment being received, full payment must be made before flight arrangements can be confirmed. Any flight upgrades or surcharges must be paid in full at the time of ticketing. Flights are 100% non-refundable and non-transferrable once ticketed. Name changes are not permitted. Cruise Only itineraries (EWVC & EWVL) and Land Only Tours (ECOT) are only eligible for the Flexi Fare offer. Both Best Available and Flexi Fare Offers are combinable with EmeraldEXPLORER loyalty voucher and are available to new groups booked and deposited during promotional period (no retroactivity). Offers are not combinable with exclusive promotions, solo offers, F&F rates, interline, heavily discounted offers, or any other restricted/special/exclusive offers.
