*Offer Terms & Conditions: Offers are valid for new bookings on 2026-2027 Southeast Asia river cruises (August 2026-May 2027) and Japan tours made by June 30, 2026. Availability is limited and subject to change without notice, offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Offers cannot be retroactively applied bookings made prior to start of the booking window. Prices are in Canadian dollars, based on double occupancy and the lowest available cabin category. Savings apply only to the cruise portion and cabin upgrades, excluding land portions, airfares, hotel stays, port charges, and other extras. Port charges and taxes are included in the price. A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required within 48 hours of booking. Full payment is due 90 days before departure for Flexi Fare and in case of Best Available Offer, it is due 10 months before departure or at the time of booking, if booked within 10 months of departure. Flight offers and savings may vary depending on itinerary, cruise length, and cabin selection, and have no cash value. Flights Offers are available for travel in Economy Class with airfare capped at $2,500 per person including applicable taxes. Flights are valid for travel on scheduled cruise start/end dates and must be booked through Emerald Cruises between 10-6 months before departure. Deviations outside the scheduled dates and ports may incur additional charges. If flights are not booked by 6 months prior, the flight offer will be replaced with savings in lieu. Full payment is required before confirming flight arrangements. Once ticketed, flights are non-refundable, non-transferable, and name changes are not permitted. Cruise-only itineraries (EWVC & EWVL) and land-only tours (ECOT) are eligible only for the Flexi Fare offer. Both Best Available and Flexi Fare offers can be combined with EmeraldEXPLORER loyalty vouchers and are valid for new group bookings made during the promotional period. Offers cannot be combined with exclusive promotions, solo traveler offers, F&F rates, interline rates, or other discounted offers.
