Emerald Cruises may be required to make changes to your itinerary or provide alternative arrangements during your journey. A deviation may be a minor disruption, involve changes to your itinerary or involve alternative accommodation, depending on the specific circumstances.
Water levels during your cruise
Please be aware that high and low water levels can affect sailing conditions along the rivers. From time to time, we may have to alter your itinerary at short notice due to factors out of our control.

What does an itinerary deviation look like? How could it impact my trip and how might I be compensated?
Minor disruptions may occur during your cruise. This could include, for example, an inability to sail for part of the day, using coaches to transfer guests to an alternative Star-Ship or changing ports of embarkation/disembarkation to an alternative destination.
