The Tier Structure

The Scenic & Emerald Rewards loyalty program features four loyalty tiers, each one designed to reward your continued trust in us with experiences and benefits that enhance your journey.

Status points thresholds have been adjusted across each tier and members have the ability to earn points across both Scenic & Emerald brands.

Things to Remember

  • The points required to reach the Diamond, Emerald and Chairmans Club tiers have been realigned and reflect the value and rewards offered at these levels.

  • Some previous tiers have been removed to create a clearer, simpler structure.

  • Members within a tier that has been removed have been automatically moved up to the next tier.

  • If you were an existing member in a tier where the points threshold was increasing higher than your current points, you would have received additional points to ensure you retained your existing tier. 

  • As an additional bonus, 1,000 status points are automatically assigned to all Gold tier members and to all newly enrolled guests from February 10, 2026.
