Our health & safety procedures and recommendations
River cruise safety
Your safety is paramount to us, which is why we adhere to comprehensive protocols to ensure your physical and mental wellbeing when you board our Star-Ships for a river cruise through Europe or Southeast Asia.
Being prepared for a variety of issues provides peace of mind while you’re on your river cruise. As such, we recommend you consider purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may arise, such as medical or repatriation needs.
Guests no longer need to provide proof of their COVID-19 vaccination to sail with us, though, please be aware that some of the destinations we travel to may require proof of vaccination before you’re admitted entry into the country. We recommend having your records with you while traveling as a precaution, and to be aware of any developments.
As your departure draws nearer, we will be in contact, sending across any travel documents you may need and providing updates.
