Flexible Booking Plan

The Flexible Booking Plan is designed to help you feel completely at ease when planning a future journey. If your circumstances change, you have the flexibility to adjust your travel arrangements or re-book for another time.

With the Flexible Booking Plan, you can defer your booking to an alternative date, or cancel your journey up to the final payment date, less any applicable third-party fees. In return, you will receive a Future Travel Credit to use on an alternate tour or cruise, valid for 24 months.

Flexible Booking Plan Cost:

This plan is available to purchase for €200pp with Emerald Yacht Cruises and €125pp for Emerald River Cruises and Emerald Tours across a wide range of destinations.

Terms and conditions:

• The Flexible Booking Plan must be added and paid for at the time of the deposit.

• Where you defer travel or cancel your booking up to 30 days prior to travel for European and Asia River cruises, Japan, North America, Australia and New Zealand Land tours and 30 days prior for Ocean/Yacht cruises, Africa, Egypt and Jordan land tours, with no Scenic or Emerald Cruises & Tours fees (3rd party supplier fees may apply).

• Deposits paid to us less any third party fees will be applied as a future travel credit which is valid for 24 months for you to use on alternate tour or cruise.

• If early full payment is received and the booking is cancelled prior to the final payment due date in the brochure T&Cs, guests are entitled to the deposit being held as a Future Travel Credit (FTC), minus any third-party fees, and the remaining balance of the additional payment will be refunded.

• If you do not re-book within 24 months, your FTC it will be forfeited.

• Cancellation for Flexible Booking Plan can be for any reason as long as cancellation is requested in writing prior to the journeys required final payment date.

• Flexible Booking Plan Payment is Non-refundable.
