Introducing the new Scenic & Emerald Rewards Program
Scenic & Emerald Rewards has been designed from guest feedback for a simpler, more intuitive loyalty program which rewards you, no matter which of our brands you travel with.
Your loyalty will now be recognised across both the Scenic and Emerald collection of luxury river and yacht cruises and escorted land journeys. Spanning all seven continents and more than 65 countries, every cruise or tour you take will contribute to one consolidated rewards experience.
Your New Program Highlights
One unified membership
Your separate Scenic Club and EmeraldEXPLORER loyalty accounts will be combined into one Scenic & Emerald Rewards loyalty program membership.
Combined points balance
All points you’ve previously earned across either Scenic Club or EmeraldEXPLORER programs will automatically combine into one single balance.
Simplified tier structure
We’ve refreshed our loyalty program with a streamlined tier structure with four loyalty tiers — Gold, Diamond, Emerald and Chairman’s Club.
MyRewards
A key new benefit, where you can earn 1% of your new booking as an actual monetary value, which can be redeemed towards your next luxury cruise or tour+.
