Preferred Fares include complimentary air on select departures or enhanced savings in lieu of air, depending on the promotion selected. Deposit is due within 48 hours of booking. For sailings outside of 10 months, full payment is due 10 months prior to departure. For sailings within 10 months, full payment is due within 30 days of booking or at standard final payment date, whichever occurs first. Any percentage-based savings are calculated on the base cruise fare only and exclude port charges, air, land programs, transfers, hotel stays, or other supplemental offers included in the booking. Air offers are subject to availability and are booked at Emerald Cruises’ discretion on its choice of airline and routing. Complimentary and reduced rate air have a maximum ticket value of $2,000 per guest and is capacity controlled; once the allocation for complimentary air has been exhausted, guests will instead receive an option for $1,000 per person air credit to book air through Scenic Group. Air offers are available to residents of the United States of America only; guests from Latin America, or U.S. guests who choose to forego the air offer, are eligible to receive up to $1,000 in additional savings on their cruise fare.
