From Sorong, the gateway to West Papua, your journey unfolds into the heart of Indonesia’s most spectacular island frontier. From here, set out through the legendary Raja Ampat archipelago, exploring Gam, Kri, Wofoh, Wayag, Pulau Penamu and Misool—an ever-changing seascape of jungle-clad limestone towers, hidden lagoons and coral-rich waters that rank among the most biodiverse on Earth. Each day brings opportunities for unhurried snorkelling, kayaking in calm bays, and shore landings where traditional island life and sweeping viewpoints reveal the human and natural richness of the region. Continuing onward through eastern Indonesia, cruise to Fak Fak and the remote waters around Pulau Koon and Triton Bay, where dramatic reefs, manta encounters and pristine coral gardens reward time spent in the water. The journey then eases into the Kai Islands, with their white-sand beaches, gentle seas and welcoming village visits offering a slower rhythm and space to unwind.
